7-8    ALLIANCE -- EAA 82 Grass Roots Fly-In. Barber Airport (2D1) EAA Chapter will be hosting our annual Grass Roots Fly-In And Pancake Breakfast on July 7th and 8th. Breakfat will be served from 7:00AM till 12:00PM including panckes, sausage, juice and coffee. There will be several Corvair powered KR-2S experimental homebuilts on display. Roy Szarafinski, producer of fifth bearings for Corvair engine as well as a provider of machine services to convert Corvairs for flight use will be on hand to give advice and assistance to Corvair engine builders. There will be antigue, classic planes Waco 9, Fleet, Swift there as well. Come join us for a great day of aviation fun. Field will be open to incoming aircraft starting Friday evening, July 6th.
